    Participant type:*

    * For platinum, gold and silver partners of World Class Maintenance there is a reduced application fee (max. 3 applicants per company).
    Special scholarships are available to participants of the Ministry of Defense, first applicants are given the scholarship.

    **By basic lodging we mean lodging at the “Luitenant-Kolonel Tonnetkazerne”. The rooms are efficiently furnished, you share the room with another person (of the same gender). Shower and toilet are shared with another room for two people. The cost for basic lodging, including breakfast, €175 (excl. VAT) for Monday to Friday (note that master students get a lodging discount). You have the opportunity for additional lodging (without additional cost) on Sunday only if you are able to check in between 16:00 and 16:30 on Sunday (highly recommended to arrive already on the Sunday afternoon). For the lodging there is no refund possible.

    *** For military participants we will arrange lodging at the base. Please let us know if you want to make use of lodging at the base.

    **** If you do not choose basic lodging, you can book yourself a hotel room in the area (15-25 minutes travel time to the base “Legerplaats bij Oldebroek”). You will pay the actual costs of the hotel room and will be invoiced directly by the hotel.

    (If you apply for a scholarship, this will be considered by our application committee after closing of the application deadline)
